Trade Confirmation System

NYSE Euronext’s trade confirmation system (TCS) is used for the publication and reporting of transactions made outside a regulated market, in all instruments (equities, ETFs, warrants, certificates and bonds) listed on NYSE Euronext European Cash Markets and, more generally, for other regulated market trades, such as negotiated deals, block trades and volume weighted average price (VWAP) trades.

It is also the tool used for our pan-European Transaction Reporting Service and Trade Publication Service, which cover transactions executed outside a regulated market or MTF on European equities.

The TCS platform is available to all NYSE Euronext European Cash Market members, and can also be accessed using a web based application called TCS-Web (click here to go to the TCS-Web Access Agreement) or via the Internet portal e-TCS (click here for the e-TCS Access Agreement).
