The European Service Desk (ESD) is responsible for resolving all technical issues for members, data vendors and independent software vendors (ISVs) on NYSE Euronext’s European Cash Markets and NYSE Arca Europe. The European Service Desk is also responsible for the administration of customer access means and NYSE Euronext central systems.
